Production Description

The fan is mainly composed of impeller,chassis, front cover, air inlet, rack and other components.
●lmpeller is consists of twelve pieces of forward bending blades. lmpeller front cover and leaf blades are made of one-time mold,with strict dynamic balance correction after molding.
●Chassis is made into one form,can not be opened,and welded into pot type.
●Inlet uses one-time convergence of the overall structure of the streamlined, is installed with the fan side,composes of bolts fixed in the front cover.
●Transmission group consists of spindle,bearing box, coupling and other components.Spindle is made of high-quality steel, bearing overall structure uses rolling bearings and is divided into water cooling and oil cooling.
