A 20% greater volumetric capacity together with screws of optimized profile can achieve a significant improvement on output.

Optional of the Vacuum Density Management System or the Single Die Throttling Valve for bulk density control, simplified operation and minimized downtime.

Die configuration is redesigned to improve pellet quality and uniformity.

Pipeline system is accommodated in machine base, with no additional space requirement, and easy maintenance.

Latest configuration  to pursue long-time stable running

New wear-resist alloys are used to provide greater operational stability and service life. Replacement cycle is extended to 3,000-5,000 hours for screws and 8,000-10,000 hours for bushes.

A SEW gearbox attached to the machine provides impressive running stability, with no oil leakage, and low noise.

A torque limiter is installed to protect the gearbox, main shaft,and screws from damage.

High-level automation  to make operation much easier

Steam, water addition and the flow rates are fully automatically controlled based on the corresponding output change. Feed production occurs as easy as a press of a button.
